In the event that a product may become unavailable we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. In order to ensure freshness we reserve the right from time to time to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. We assure you the overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket will not be compromised.
In the event that a container (basket) becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute it with a container with equal or greater value.If the substitution will drastically change the look or design of the basket we will contact you to discuss further options.

Changes to our policy
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include CADEAUX DOLCE ANNA INC. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Exchanges and Returns
We do not accept returns. If for any reason , gift basket was delivered damaged and recipient notify us with in 48 hours, we will be happy to replace basket with new one with no additional cost.
If your basket or a product in your basket arrives damaged, Dolce Anna will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Orders & Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for each item cancelled in an order before an order ships out. Once an order ships out, there is no way to cancel the order.
Items we were not able to deliver
If we attempt delivery and the gift is undeliverable because:
– refused at the time of delivery;
– incorrect address was provided, or address missing information (apartment number);
– If recipient moved, or gift not safe to be left if nobody is home;
If this occurs, the gift will be returned to our head office and the sender will be notified at (by phone or E mail) provided at the time the order was placed. For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery will be charged (usually $10). If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, cost of the gift basket less the 15% (handling and processing fee) + delivery charges ,will be refunded ONLY to the purchaser.
If we are for any reason unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.
• We cannot guarantee delivery delays due to weather.
